Seriously, this is pretty easy....
I was surprised to see so many people struggled with the installation of these. It was really pretty easy--and they look amazing!I am a 58 year old woman and I installed two of these myself.So...here are a few things:1. GET A GOOD UTILITY KNIFE. I got one for about fifteen bucks on Amazon.2. You will need to score ---DEEPLY---where you want to cut it. If you do this CORRECTLY, it will simply snap off. Someone mentioned many little pieces and shards...baloney. SCORE it. DEEPLY. You should make several passes with the blade.3. Change the blade FREQUENTLY.4. Someone was confused about the little clips--they came free with the panels. Those should be inserted between the sky panel and the frame. (They should not be visible) This gives extra support to the panel so it doesn't bowI found the print to be colorful and clear (not grainy as some said). I couldn't be more pleased!

They do diffuse the light and are attractive. But they are not cheap.
The only reason I don't give these five stars is the installation piece. They say they will "replace" the current light panel, but, they really won't. They aren't strong enough so it's better to keep the existing, ugly and yellowed, plastic light cover there, behind this one, so there is enough support for it. That said, installation isn't as easy peasy as I thought. I ended up paying $60 in labor to replace three light covers. Granted, I'm a female w/ few skills, but, it took 90 min to replace three light covers. So this isn't a simple "Slide in and out" job. All in all, I'm pleased w/ them, though they are not cheap. Every single one had to be cut to size, which added to the labor cost. If you are a do it your selfer, you will have a better experience.

The part that didn't crack looks nice but it was tough to install
So other reviews said it was easy to cut and put up if it needed to be fit. Yup, well we are not engineers but I brought a big new sharp blade for the task and it wasn't enough. Me, three coworkers and several different options were all on hand for the project and even after a trip to buy something even bigger and sharper the thing cracked around the corners and tore in several places in the corner. If its not the exact size and you aren't a handy person than I might suggest you skip this. The part that is really quite nice. Did not cut the glare as much as I had hoped but it definitely is an improvement and is a sweet touch to an old, dated office.

Purchased one for my father in the Veterans Home
I bought this for my father who is living in the Veterans Home. He loves it! The other residents and staff drop by just to look at it. He is in hospice and spends all day in bed. Now he can see the sky. I also purchased a 3D beach scene to go with this panel. I am going to purchase more for the other men. Florescent lighting can cause irritability and aggression. This solves the glare and is more beautiful than the images online. Get one for the shut ins! It will make a difference!

could not use
I ordered these panels for my classroom. The fire marshal would not allow me to install them. Such a bummer.

Setting the Mood
I bought two skypanels that enhance my massage room. My clients marvel at how they contribute to the peaceful environment. [...] shows a picture of the effect they have on the room. It softens the harsh florescent office lights and picks up on the colors in the room. Actually, the panels came first. They inspired the course I took in the room decor. But there is a wide range of selections, thus they can fit many decoration styles. If I had multiple massage rooms, I'd make one for several natural environments--mountains, flowers, desert oasis, . . .They were installed early 2010. They still look as vibrant as ever.

East to cut to size
We took out a skylight in a small bathroom when we had the roof replaced because they are nothing but trouble here in Florida. It was replaced with a cheap plastic cover. I had an electrician install a single florescent bulb fixture and put this panel up. It was easy to cut, it only took my husband a few minutes and it looks wonderful. Not only is enough light restored after losing the skylight, it looks really cool.

Ehhhh.
Purchased these on Nov 20. After shipping delays/issues I received on Dec 8. The company did reimbursed shipping costs, but only after expressing my distain. It is a great idea but for the price I would expect a clearer image. I ordered the palm tree sky and although the clouds look good the palm leaves are fuzzy at best. Also, make sure you are using a very sharp box cutter when scoring the panel to fit your light or it will crack.
