Great while in use
I recently started a new job where I get headaches far more often than I used to. Not that I get terribly bad ones, but enough to be quite irritating. Sometimes I get them at work, but often I get these headaches at home. Since receiving this i have used it on quite a few occasions so far, and it feels great. It doesnt exactly do much to prevent or cure the headache, but my headaches don't develop from neck and back strain so much as just staring at a screen for 8 hours a day.That being said, this product does quite a lot to relieve the headaches I get while I am using it. The only down side is that sometimes they return when I am done using it. For other people I'm sure it works well in preventing neck and back soreness and stiffness, but I mostly notice the difference it makes only while I am using it. It is really quite a comfortable and easy thing to use, but a little pricey in my opinion (only because my headaches aren't terribly severe.) If I had more severe headaches as often as I get minor ones and it still helps I would say it is worth it for sure.

It improved my posture.

Hard to hang on doors
The length was not right for the doors in my house. The straps were too long. I had to double wrap it to correct the length.

Instructions were slightly confusing, but didn’t take too long to figure out. Once you use the neck hammock, you forget all about the troubles!
