Excellent service but the unit I received was defective.
I liked it, but it was not calibrating. After closely following directions without success, several times, I returned it. The company handled everything, shipping to me and the return process perfectly well.

Pocket clip is worthless / unuseable!
The pocket clip doesn't stay attached. I will lose it. It keeps falling off. JUNK! (see photos) I want to use this meter to test my swimming pool water PH. (Range is from 7.0 to 8.0, Not sure which two buffer powders should I use to calibrate for this range? What part of the meter needs to be cleaned after testing? The glass piece or the tip next to it? Even after testing only pool water???

Working exactly as described. Replaced older unit because batteries always dead - expect auto-off feature to pay off quickly...

Easy to use
