Good delivery but not ideal fit !
Very good service for delivery BUT....this battery ,although not supplied by Dyson, the wrong length replacement screws were in the kit . The Dyson cleaner is the V8 animal. Consequently the enclosed screw driver was no help in taking off the old battery. Fortunately, in my own kit I have a very very small screw driver to remove the original, with great effort. No instructions enclosed on how to replace battery.The battery does work.

Good replacement for original battery
Product arrived in 24 hours. Easy to fit with just 3 screws to install it. Seems to be as good quality / life as the original when new, and has rejuvenated the Dyson at a fraction of the cost of replacing the machine because of a worn out battery, and much cheaper than buying from the manufacturer.

Great service but not great value for money
Jan 2021 update - very disappointing. About a year in, the battery developed a strange charge requirement in that if it was run flat, I'd need to initiate a charge, then unplug and re-plug about an hour later otherwise no charge went in. OK, a pain but not a deal breaker for a third party battery. 18 months on, with not that much use over 1-2 times a week, the battery is dead and will not charge. So I've ordered a Dyson original today.....June 2019 - Arrived today and was a doddle to fit. It even came with an appropriate screwdriver, spare screws and a replacement filter. I'll report back on battery life when it's had a chance to age a bit (see above)

Like having a new hoover.
Very surprised. I have a hoover that feels better than new. Only time will tell as the original manufacturer's part only lasted one year but always on full power. It feels like it lasts longer then the original in run time. Really easy to install 3x screws and bingo. Alls good. I do recommend this one but I also found one online at a higher mAh of 4100 so I'll try that one next time but this one works great.

New life!
This battery has definitely breathed new life into my 10 year old Dyson cordless!I needed a bit of help from the internet to install, but otherwise I had no problem in restoringmy V6 to full power again! Although the old battery was showing signs of age - I had no idea how much it hadaffected the overall performance. So far, the new battery is still going strong - but I guess only time will tell.Recommended.

BMS is suspect
The BMS isn't up to snuff of the original. During use it will report to be at full capacity the whole time until it cuts off dead. Thumbs up BRTONG.

Failed after 6 months
Bought this product in March 2019 and it has now, 6 months later, completely dead. Can only run the Dyson for 1 sec before cutting out. Have replaced with an actual new Dyson battery and now the device runs sweetly. While this device is about 60% of the true Dyson replacement price; if you have to replace it every 6 months is is going to turn out much more expensive. My recommendation is not to purchase.

Good for 6 months. Now ok for 10 minutes
Just over 12 months of ownership and this battery barely holds 10 minutes charge . Which is a shame as for 6 months it was absolutely fine. But gradually it has become almost useless. Shame, but i guess thats the current state of replacement battery tech
