Works With The App But Not Well With Alexa
I bought this to control several devices in my bedroom and was able to do so as long as I’m using their app, but the only one that could be added to Alexa was the TV because it was all that was in the device database. If there’s a way to add custom programmed devices, the user instructions did not explain how.Pros:Can work with just about any IR controller device.Cons:Cannot control devices by Alexa unless in device database.Must manually program every button if not in device databaseDevice database is very limited.Does not come with power block.

I am surprised how fast and responsive the app is to control the shades. Also, the range on it is great. I can control shades that are two rooms away from the device itself.And programming was very easy too. I used the learning function to program most of my remotes. The app lets you find stored codes and user added codes too. User added code is a real nice surprise. You can use this to bring up the cable listings by using “scenes” to create voice commands like “ Alexa turn on cable listings”, and “Alexa turn on page up”.What’s more, the product only supports 2.4ghz network, so 2.4g mode should be set in the router, and the DNS of wifi should be changed to 8.8.8.8 for network allocation.Overall, The usability is there and it works with many devices.

Difficult to use
The instruction sheet is almost incomprehensible. The instructions make no sense. I tried my best to use the instructions, a bit of imagination and my intuition, but I never got the remote to work with my air conditioner. Amazon refunded OK.

Fast response easy to setup, using efamily cloud
I like it coz its linked with Google Home app. That make it easy to control any infrared devices with it.. I connect it with 2 fans and 2 TVs.. Working just perfect. Better than Broadlink.
