Q: Does the Renew and Repair come in the larger bottle?

Yes I believe so. I prefer the smaller size.

Q: Is this conditioner also a cuticle sealer like the original infusim 23 conditioner in the white bottle?

I believe it is. It is part of the no frizz concoction. I have curly unruly hair and it relaxes my frizz for 3-4 days. Then I spray the leave in treatment like hair spray on my palms and slick back the frizz around my face. I use it daily if I need a groomed hairdo. I have used these products for over 20 years. Pantene frizz controls is good also. For a while infusium was hard to find due to the stores no longer stocking it. Good luck.
