Size and usability
The size is great and works very well. This size is hard to find, and these fit great. Fit and design are awesome.

Best absorbency but expensive
Had a couple little leaks but not as bad the Tena brand. Nicely padded! The fitness ok, legs fit nicely but the back of the pantie doesn't rise up high enough. The front blue threads make for one confusingly putting them on backwards when half asleep. Why the front???

Excellent and very comfortable
Fantastic absorption and very comfortable to wear...also very important to me is its the right size - after a lot of research I've found there are not pull ups made in Plus sizes for larger women...most sizes seem to stop at XXL (2XL) and what if you need sizes 3X, 4X or 5x?? I also love the fact that these are latex free - I have very sensitive skin, so latex free does help me a lot. Also the gel core is terrific - you really stay dry and are not sitting in wetness. I dearly hope the manufacturer continues to make these.

most reliable so far
My mother is in her 80s and has Alzheimer's; she needs overnight protection and of the 3 or 4 brands I've bought these are the most reliable so far. They're thicker than the others, more like diapers than panties, and although not leak-proof they can hold quite a bit.

They were ok. Comfortable and soft.
But they rip really easy. If not for that I would buy them again.

Way Better Than The Others
We were using underwear that was way to light. While the LivDry Adult S Incontinence Underwear is not 100% "leak proof", it is much more absorbant and much more leak resistant than the previous product we used to buy.LivDry Adult S Incontinence Underwear is what were using from now on!

Definitely not worth the high price tag!!
$51.00 for 12 pairs? Unbelievable! Very flimsy and do not absorb well. People who give high reviews must not have incontinence and/or leak very lightly. There are certainly better products at a lower cost.

Do not help with bed wetting
My elderly mother wets the bed most nights and these do nothing. Every time she's worn them sheets need to be washed and she wakes up soaked
