Update*** Normally, I have awesome purchases. This wasnt the worst, but far from the best. I chose this item because of the color. The original color is better but I wanted Gold! I get the package later than I initially anticipated but its fine right??? Wrong!!! Its listed with necessary sticky tags/cards etc. What I received is in my pics. I could have saved $60 and got everything by not buying this one!!! I contacted the seller and thought they would get back to me.Its been a few days with no response..The instructions are only in Korean so beware and expect to spend 4-7 hours on install. It required me to make a shim for the latch as well but that was easy. I painted it white. If you had more than 1 lock, you may need a new door to ensure that the holes line up correctly with no spaces. I filled my gaps against the door (under the lock) with white paint dabs. Overall, I say buy on Amazon but try a seller with better reviews!----- 5/25/17 Ive been using the lock a few times per day. The seller ensured that I got all the parts! It was easy to program after calming down and watching a you tube video!(again its in friggin Korean!) Ill upload pics. Its been a few weeks..I love the lock. Just wish I could get actual instructions or find out how to put it on silent.
