iPhone 6/6S/7/8 Battery Case with QI Standard Wireless Charging, Epuirie 3800mAh External Battery Case Portable Rechargeable Backup Power Bank Protective Battery Pack (Black)

This is the second time I’ve bought this power case for my iPhone 7. The first one I had for about 2 or 3 years. Then the other day I dropped my phone on a hard surface. Since then the power case will not charge the phone.I had no hesitation in buying another one to replace the dropped/broken one. The case enables the phone and the case to be charged at the same time. The case will recharge my iPhone 7 about one and a half times. That is my old case which was 3000mh the new one is 3800mh, so should be a bit better.

The case is easy to fit and looks good. Charging is less impressive. Charging phone and case at same time mainly only works using lightning cable, and is sporadic if I use QI charging - sometimes it charges both, but mainly just the case. Would I buy again… probably not, as you just want a case that you put in QI charger and all works every time

This case does exactly what I bought it to do. It charges my phone when I need it to and I simply place it onto my wireless charging pad to charge both items up. I also have a wireless charger, phone mount in the car so hopefully never a flat battery.9/8/19 further comments.It has become apparent that when on any sort of wireless charging pad, the phone continually sounds an alarm and the screen lights up with a “battery full” alert. This lights up the room and is a disturbance while sleeping but when driving is downright dangerous as it’s a total distaction and at night interferes with vision through the windscreen. If I knew how, I would contact the seller to ask if this is a fault as Apple are adamant that the problem is caused by the case and not the phone.30/8/19.After several attempts and emails to the seller I have not been given any sort of answer as to whether my case has a fault or there is a basic design flaw with the case causing it to continually give a battery full alarm.The seller has gone silent and has not attempted to resolve this so I have been forced to contact Amazon who have immediately offered me a full refund , which I intend to accept.The idea is a great one and the case otherwise works fine but I can’t put up with the thing lighting up the room or the car every few seconds and the seller doesn’t appear to have any intention of trying to resolve this.Shame.

Brought this for my son for Christmas and it all started so well it charged up ok fits his phone perfectly and continued to charge until something happened now the cover is no longer recognised and the only way to get the case to work is to press the button on the back which now prompts device unrecognised message on the front of the phone.So at the moment its consigned to the things that don't work drawer.Shame really

Seems OK not had this long enough to judge. Not certain it actually has the stated capacity. But it is too early to say. Upped to 5 stars, this is a good piece of equipment, been on use several. Months now. Really happy with it.

we purchased this in april 2020 and its not even two month the unit has stopped working it does not help charge the phone that it was bought for, we area care agency and we need our phone powered at all time and frankley this product has let us down and we wasted are monies on the battery pack because it field to deliver what it suppose to do.Disappointed

Does take an eternity to charge both phone and case. I've had to resort to charging them separately if they both go flat.Also wont cable charge, says accessory not supported. But is ok wirelessly. Which is why I got it anywayUpdate. Now wont charge at all and having to remove phone from case to charge case and phone fully has now resulted in a damaged phone charge port. Needing professional repair.Avoid this product
