Quality and customer service were excellent. These are the only “vintage” bulbs I can find anywhere that are bright enough at 450lm and not yellow/amber lighting but yet have the spiral look that I love.

I purchased these light bulbs to install in new fixtures that I was installing in the kitchen and the dining room. 8 sockets in the kitchen, 10 sockets in the dining room. Unfortunately, one light bulb was broken on arrival. BESTU was amazing to deal with in this regard, and were very accommodating in rectifying this problem. The bulbs are very nice, we like the spiral filament and the fact that they're LED bulbs. Wound up going with 8 of the clear glass in the kitchen, 1 clear glass over the sink, and 10 amber [B07B8XZ5TQ] in the dining room. Very happy with the way things turned out.

I am using twelve of these bulbs in a chandelier, connected to a Lutron Dimmer. They look great on or off! There is a label stamped onto the clear part of the glass near the base, but it’s not noticeable unless you’re up close.If I turn the light on at full brightness and THEN adjust the dimmer to my preferences, I have no issues and can dim the fixture as much as I want. If I turn the light on at less than full brightness, the bulbs flash on and off. Minus one star for this issue.

some other bulbs have leds on BOTH sides of the filament. These glow on both side, whereas this bulb has no light coming from the interior side of the filament

Great looking bulbs at a great price. Packaging was very efficient and all bulbs arrived in one piece. Exactly as I expected. However the bulbs did not dim with my Leviton decora smart dimmer. I knew there may be some compatibility issues so I’m not going to knock off a star for that since dimming was more of a nice to have than must have for me.

Nice looking bulbs. Not to yellow in color. They look great.

Lights flicker horriby. Tried all settings with dimmer and also with standard switch (no dimming).*12/28 update. Company handled the issue wonderfully so I am upgrading to two stars. Immediately refunded my money and gave me a new set of bulbs to try. Unfortunately, these flickered as well.

Spiral shape is definitely cool looking. These bulbs work well in a chandelier. They are not too bright individually, but work well in a group of 5.
