The mirror came packed very safely, and in perfect condition. Installation is a little tricky so follow the directions carefully. It mounts very solidly to the wall. Touch switch and dimming work great. I needed to make a small modification and customer support was excellent - fast and accurate.

The mirror is beautiful and I’m very happy with the excellent customer service.

This mirror has a lot of style and is going to look great in my make-up vanity area. We have yet to install it (hence the 4 stars), so I'll update the review once it is installed an operational. I have to say, I received great customer service on this product - the first one I received was damaged in shipping and I received a replacement in just a few days. The second one had a scratch in the mirror area and again, no questions asked, received a replacement in just a few days. The seller was so responsive!

UpdateI ordered 2 of these mirrors and had our electrician put them in out new home. We had problems with them but they were past the date to be able to return them so we ended up having to get new ones. The company reached out to us and gave us a full refund. Very quality company and great service.

We received our mirrors quickly, perfectly the other. I emailed the company and they sent out a new one for free. Excellent customer service. The new mayor works beautifully.

We haven't hung it yet, but it's a beautiful mirror. My daughter is using it in the bedroom, and she absolutely loves how it lights up. It gives a nice look to the room. Now we just have to figure out where to hang it in her room

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this mirror for my girlfriend and decided to hang it up in our room even though it’s listed as a bathroom mirror and I am not disappointed. It’s really easy to install, gives a whole new aesthetic vibe to our room and makes me feel boujie when I look at myself through this mirror. 10 out of 10, would definitely recommend!

Love these mirrors! They are the perfect amount of light for makeup. The dimming feature is not as easy to use because you have to hold down the button and sometimes it goes through the dimming stations so fast it turns off. They are very nice mirrors! I had my contractor wire them on a separate switch than the overhead mirror lights so that I could turn them on only when needed.
