Clever design and real easy to use.Very easy to move heavy pieces of furniture.

The SuperSliders container has a picture of a woman easily pushing a two seated couch. That is just what I wanted, except my couch is a three cushion bed pullout, and is much heavier, and I am a man. These SuperSliders do the job without a hitch.They are circular and have a 1/4 inch (or so) foam plastic in the center. The leg sinks into the foam plastic so when I push the couch, the slider stays in place and glides along without a bit of trouble.I read some reviews complaining about these sliders being cheap and the foam not staying in place, and I have to wonder if they are talking about the same product I just bought. Mine came in a circular tube, are 3 1/2 inches in diameter, and have 16 sliders in the case. My couch is so heavy that I can't lift the back side, and had to get our maintenance man and a porter to lift it and put the gliders underneath. Now it slides across the floor without a problem.I wasn't looking for a bargain; only something that would do the job. These are both. They do the job and at the price are a real bargain. The only question I have is what to do with the dozen gliders I have left over.

Did not do what we expected

We had gotten 6 sets at Big Box closeout special - and given as gifts to other seniors - now ordering 3 more - the small are good for under metal/wood kitchen table legs - as well as leaving many right under heavy wood 'cabinet style' file cabinets - Larger used on Queen bed post [against wall do fold a bit] but so easy to move ALL furniture around. Will place these permanently under Very - HEAVY [when filled] file cabinets in den to be moved at whim. They then will have their own sliders/glidesAlso have a very heavy sofa and love seat that have to be moved to clear a baseboard radiation system. Used to take hour or more to tug and pull - Now the 'old dawg' RIDES right around the room as we move this heavy furniture. Can be handled by one person also.

I needed to move some furniture around in my living room on my own and I'm very small in stature. I bought the sliders after reading mostly positive reviews. They are great! They worked perfectly as advertised. I was mostly concerned about moving our extremely heavy corner desk across the room. My husband and I have almost broken it before trying to move it together because of it's awkward shape and the uneven weight distribution, but with the sliders, it moved so easily across the carpeted floor that I didn't even have to completely empty it. GREAT BUY!!!

The large sliders are big enough to move most large pieces of furniture. I tried to move a couch and the couch would slide off the sliders. It seems the sliders work better with heavier pieces of furniture that won't slide off the sliders. It's also important to keep enough weight on the sliders so they don't slide off. I've used sliders that worked better than these, but they also cost more. All in all I'm satisfied but wasn't impressed.

I got these to stablize the legs on my coffee table, because we tend to push the coffee table around (depending on where we want it), and that was causing the legs to come loose. With these, now the tables glides over the tile floor with ease, and the legs are staying in place strong. These were easy to cut to the right size. They are not peeling off. And, because we could cut them to the right size, you don't see any edges sticking out under the legs.
