These are the same cheap neoprene straps as lots of sellers have pumped out by the lowest bidding factory in China. They stretch where the plastic strap holders are attached and rip. The plastic also digs into your skin on certain exercises. Do yourself a favor of you need these and spend a little more for a better solution. These are essentially disposable

I just received the two arm bands this week. They arrived within a week of my ordering them so shipping was quick. I have been dealing with Elbow Tendonitis pain for a about a month. I read online how to best treat it, and most of the information I saw indicated the use of firm compression on the arm as part of the treatment so I ordered the bands. The price was excellent, especially considering I got two bands for less than the price of one from most other sellers, they came with a storage pouch, and there was free shipping. The bands are adjustable, and hold in place with a double Velcro strips so they stay pretty tight. The cushion padding is firm, but not uncomfortable. I used one of the bands for the first time the other night. It stayed in place while I slept, and even though I still had some pain, a lot of the very severe pain was relieved. It took me a little while to figure out where to place the band. There were no instructions included so I just looked online, and I also applied pressure with my hand to different spots on my arm to figure out where I felt relief. When I found the spot, that is where I positioned the padding on my arm. I will have to use the band a while longer to really know its true benefit, but so far, so good.

The product was sent on time and I received 2 elbow brace straps. It was way cheaper than buying them from a store. The quality seems good and I have been using one of them for my tendinitis. I haven't noticed any improvement in my arm but I am not sure if I am using it correctly. I will have to research it some to see the exact location I need to place the brace. My doctor had recommended that I buy an elbow brace and to wear it below my elbow and to wear it very tight. I have tried a few different locations below my elbow and different levels of tightness and have either felt like I was losing circulation or no effect at all. Doctor recommended I wear one 24/7 (aside from when showering) for a total of 4 weeks. Would love to get some relief because I am in massive pain from the stupid tendinitis. Only relief I felt was when he had me on steroids for 5 days but as soon as I stopped pain came back. I actually got my tendinitis from using a computer mouse of all things. I use a computer all day for work and school so, I can't stop using a mouse. Hopefully, I can figure out the best placement and tightness for this brace.

This brace strap has worked wonders for my tennis elbow. I was given one from my doctor which was wider and has what feels like and air filled bubble to place on the sore spot, but I prefer this one much better. The foam pad is much sturdier and puts just the right amount of pressure on my elbow. It's nice also that it comes as a two pack so you can clean and dry one and wear the other.

Omg...I was suffering with tendinitis of my left elbow/forearm....if I placed pressure on the painful area it felt better...I found this acupressure band, the price was certainly right so I got it. I wore it for a few days off and on and overnight...my paint went away hopefully never to return, but if it does I now have this most excellent product to use. I highly recommend it.

The first thing I noticed is that the tennis elbow brace has a terribly strong odor of rubber tires. I suspect they used recycled tires in the manufacture of the brace. I can still smell the odor after several days of use. That being said, it's a good brace if you can deal with the odor. I received two brace pads, two sets of small straps and two sets of large straps. The brace fits nicely and I am hoping that the unpleasant odor dissipates quickly.

very pissed this did not come with any instructions ,manual,paperwork so I dont know if I'm wearing correctly or what the other piece is that came with itIF YOU ARE A SELLER OF ANYTHING BETTER BE SOME TYPE OF INSTRUCTION OR A WEB SITE TO GO TO!!!pisses me offhenry

surprisingly durable and well made for the price! Used during demolition/reconstruction...held up for half a year and still going (that's longer than the last three sets I bought).Well worth it!

Si lo recomiendo, es un pco incomodo pero lo segui usando y se me quito el dolor y la inflamacion, seria bueno que el diseño fuera un poco menos tosco para mujer
