I actually take all of one day's meds out of my weekly orgagnizer and divide that day's meds into each of the 7 separate compartments in this round pill box to take at different times throughout the day and night. I also cannot take more than 2 pills at a time, so dividing up 1 days' worth of meds into 7 compartments comes in really handy for that reason. This is very high quality, not flimsy whatsoever. Other reviewers mentioned how the lid "clicks" in place at each section. This is accurate, but it's not such a hard click that would make it dificult to use. I have some dexterity issues and feel this is a great item for people like me with hand trouble (arthritis, numbness). Around the entire outside circumference of the box, it is deeply ridged so that 1) it does not slip or slide out of my hands and 2) it makes it very easy to turn the lid to rotate it without much trouble at all. If you're not a total spaz or maniac with your purse handling, I think this could go into your purse without the lid rotating open and it could definitely fit in a pocket and retain its contents. I actually just sized one of the individual 7 compartments and it holds 3 of those massive fish oil pills! It could probably hold 40 aspirin easily. Bottom line: Good quality. The order arrived lightening-fast (like, in 2 days) even tho I didn't pay for expedited shipping. And I have to say, the design is really surprisingly cool. It actually feels very sturdy and well made, and the see-thru lid, which is a pretty, translucent lime green, fits on tightly enough that when you turn it to dispense the pills, it kinda "clicks" into place. Tho the box isn't too bulky or clumsy to put in a purse or backpack (or large pocket), the 7 daily pie-shaped sections hold substantially more than I thought they would: 3 very large vitamin pills, a big fish-oil pill, and 4 small regular pills. Perfect.But: I bought *two* cases, and unfortunately was disappointed to see that the lid of the second one didn't fit on as tightly as the first. So I wrote the company (thru Amazon) and asked to exchange it--and just a few hours later I got a really sweet personal note back from them (talk about primo customer service) saying sorry, no problem, they'd already sent the replacement out!I'll update this review as I use the box, to report on how it lasts; but as of now, it's so cute that it kinda puts a smile on my face every time I have to take one of my awful pills. ;) ### ⭐⭐⭐ Loading takes too long, but well made *by S***T on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on February 4, 2018* I'm giving this product 3 stars because it seems very well made and I don't think it ever spilled in my purse. It also has all 7 days, unlike a lot of competing products and was easy to open. But the problem that made me stop using it and replace it with another product is the lengthy refill process. You can't open the lid, so you have to count out the pills for one day at a time and rotate the lid, since you can only get one day open at a time. If you have several different pills to organize, this gets tedious and takes too much time.
