Description
- Dual control dual temperature: Adjustable temperature from 0 º C to 300 º C to weld plastic tubes which made of different materials such as PPR/PE/PB/PVC.
- Installation: Place the welder on the mount, install the corresponding heating die according to the size of the required pipe and tighten with an Allen wrench.
- Power on: Turn on the power supply (note that the power supply must have a grounding-protection cable).
- Welding: Cut the pipe vertically, insert the tube and its corresponding accessory into the die at the same time (do not turn them), remove the tube and its accessory from both dies at the same time after heating. Then connect the tube quickly to the Required depth (do not rotate) until a uniform flange is formed on the gasket.
- Note: If the operating ambient temperature is less than 5 °c, the heating time is 50%, in the automatic temperature control state, the red and green lights will illuminate alternately, indicating that the welder is in a state Controlled and does not affect the operation. It is not ideal to use more than 1000m of altitude.
