I was very impressed with these stakes. I got them to hold down my chain link fence to keep my dogs from tunneling out. These are very strong and did not bend, even when I would hit a rock. I like that both sides of the stake go completely over the fence wire and down into the ground, and not just a little hook that goes over the wire. This will make them much harder (or impossible) for the dogs to pull out. I highly recommend these. I may even buy more for another side of my fence just as a precaution.

These work GREAT! I used them to anchor chicken wire to the ground to keep a beagle out of my rabbit's pen. Dont ask how we ended up w a beagle and a rabbit. We arent smart people. The pointed edges meant I could push them halfway into the ground before I had to whack it a couple of times w a hammer. I had zero trouble and I'm a 40-something year old woman. No breakage. Of the spikes or me. Would buy again!

I love these. I bought them to help tack down my chicken wire I am putting at the base of my fence to keep my dogs from digging under. These are long and really go down deep to keep it more secure. I also used them in places where the chain link is too high off the ground to provide extra strength/ barrier. Love the tapered edge cause it isn’t as hard as others to push down in the ground.

I have a raised garden and the smaller stakes just didn't do the job as my soil is mixed with coir, pearlite, mulch, and worm casings, making it lightweight. These stakes are used to hold down plastic mulch, the ends of my drip hose and any other hold down job in the garden. They are definitely long enough to do the job well. If you are going to invest in garden stakes I recommend these highly.

I bought these to protect new flowering plants I had just purchased which were being devoured by our local herd of deer (despite the nursery banner saying they were deer resistant!) I created a bridge of one on each side of each plant & covered with landscape netting. I used small clips (like those used in place of pins in quilting; tiny binder clips would work, too) to hold them in place, which made it much quicker. It worked! No more deer nibbles, & pretty flowers. Although I do wonder how bees were able to pollinate. I'll probably try something easier next year which would allow the bees in & keep the deer out.

I bought these stakes to help keep my hanging plant poles upright instead of leaning forward when I put the plant on them. I put one of these stakes into the ground over the anchor for the plant holder right next to the pole and the pole stayed straight up when I added the potted plant! The stakes are sturdy and can be easily pushed into the ground. Now all of my hanging plants are on poles that go straight up and aren't wobbly.

We used these to prevent my dog from escaping under our fenced in yard. They were easy to use, sturdy and hold well. I am going to be purchasing more to secure the rest of our fence. Definitely recommend!

Finally something to keep him from peeing on my fern. These certainly have other practical purposes too. They are strong, sturdy and stand up to the weather. Everything in my garden that wants to flop over gets propped up. Of course they staple down ground fabric, too.

Useless. Flimsy and bent as you put them into the ground. Coat hanger wire would have been stronger.

just as described. we used them to anchor a greenhouse, so far so good. we'll see how it holds up to strong winds, but they do feel heavy and very sturdy compared to the ones that came with the greenhouse. Happy with the purchase
