Scholastic Discover More: My Body Hardcover – March 1, 2012

My kid saw it in the library and wanted to keep it so I bought one. Quality is good, information is accurate as far as I've seen, no complaints.

I don't know why this book has so many bad reviews. I'll have to go read them to find out why. But for a 5 yr old, my son loves this book. It explains the basics to him in a way he can understand, and that's all he needs for someone his age.

My son loves these books. Recently he was asking about bones in the body, so we got this book and it has answered a lot of his questions. Great pictures and diagrams, amazing colors.

A great intro to the body for little ones. My son has asked a lot of questions about how the body works since we started to read this.

Purchased this book as a companion piece to Human Body. Multicultural, pages are colorful. Age appropriate.

and am very happy with this book! It's written at an appropriate level for my 3 year olds, who are fascinated by their insides. The illustrations are simple and bright. I don't know that they have learned much new from this book but it does help reenforce concepts we discuss.

Great book, my daughter loves it (especially the bowel movements part, go figure!). But I got it used and it apparently came from a library, so it was covered in stickers and stamps inside. Gave it three stars for the book content, but it was labeled as 'good' condition.
