Great read aiding young and old on acceptance of the handicapped person All to often it is easier for many a person to shun, ridicule or bully the handicap. This book takes aim at this issue Kudos to both Maryann and Jamie for getting this book to print Bob M

Great book that teaches kids about the importance of accepting all different walks of life, not just the "cool" kids.

I got this as a lark for for my wife. I think she is an individual with quirks like the character in the book. I wish we all could be as sure of ourselves.

Another delightful story by author and illustrator, Maryann Cocca-Leffler. It let's children know that it's okay to be different. A great book to have in an elementary school teacher's classroom library!
