I am so conflicted about these cupcakes. They are the MOST DELICIOUS gluten free dessert I have ever tasted. Sheer perfection in flavor. But, I know correlation is not causation, I have had diarrhea ever since I ate them. I don't know that it's from Katz products but I hadn't introduced anything else new to my diet so I'm suspicious. Also, on another item in the same order from Katz I noticed significant amounts of black mold. Maybe these were contaminated as well. As delicious as they are I am too afraid to eat any of the other cupcakes in this package. My entire $35 order got composted.

UPDATE: THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. As they have issued me a refund Ordered two boxes of these. My kid ate the 1st box. Open 2nd box and they're ALL moldy. Start reading the box it states "keep frozen until ready to serve " on the side of the box! I dont have time to ready side panels all the time. Would've been helpful to put on front of the box IN BOLD LETTERS...that they MUST be frozen to keep from going bad

Very disappointed. Cupcakes are small which I wouldn’t mind but there’s hardly any filling in it and the icing isn’t that good. Cake is very dense I did not enjoy this product at all. And I like a lot of their other products but not this one. It’s about half the height of a normal cupcake and I was just very dissatisfied and will never buy it again

My wife was recently went gf and was trying out different food and desserts to help with the food cravings. Bought this and have to save it’s not bad at all, rather tasty. Real lemon flavor and the cupcake is great tasting. I don’t suggest microwave as it took much longer than 10sec it said to do. Took 30 sec and even then half was hot, inside cold. I’d say to let it thaw naturally.

If they simply flavored the bread with lemon and lowered the sweetness, these would be so much better. Thought I'd try these rather than making my own. Guess I'm going back to baking (I hate baking). They aren't terrible (like their blueberry pies are). The problem is not that they don't use gluten product for the dough, but that the "cook" who developed the recipe doesn't know what a lemon dessert should taste like. Katz Gluten Free,Lemon Filled Cupcakes are heavenly! I am completely hooked on them.The cake is extremely moist with an excellent flavor of icing. When you bite into the burst of lemon filling,the flavor explodes in your mouth!These are the absolute best cupcakes I have ever eaten!! Unbelievable for a gluten free bakery item...WOW!

Heavenly Lemon Crème Filled Cupcakes - Super, super YUMMY. The filing to cupcake is a little out of ratio and varies wildly from cupcake to cupcake - but the cupcake is moist, flavorful, and great icing - the filling is great. A must buy for folks who like lemon -- I also tried the chocolate ones from a grocery store and they are also very, very yummy.

Have reorder these several times and other of their gluten free products. I can't fi d most of them locally or even in the city. So I am shipping them from the company to my home. Orders come in quickly. Products are good. Most gluten free foods I cannot eat as they also tend to have soy in them. I have allergies to both wheat and soy. It is so disappointing to go out to buy gluten free products and find them full of soy. Lots if time what I can find to eat is tasteless. These are good.
