Dust and hair clippings will sweep right off its low-static surface, keeping your place bright and shiny. This mat is in an easy size at about 3 by 1 1/2 feet, so it'll fit nicely around a shampoo unit. You'll sink into it like thick dirt after a light rain and make your joints sing.

Hard to tell benefit, definitely comfortable but don't stand washing dishes long enough to see long term effects.

Thickness is not quite as described
If you're trying to save some money, don't.the softness of this mat does not compare well against the Imprints or GelPros. It feels stiff, plasticky and not particularly high quality.and the thickness isn't the 3/4" as stated in the description.Full disclosure: I returned mine because of the thickness issue.

DONT BUY!!! Product is poorly made, very cheap & thin!!! COSTCO has a way better product for just $2 more! Weird that it costs $17.99 and it's made in China....Their customer service is fast. However, beware as the consumer we have to pick up the tab on the return charge, which is just as expensive as the product!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND--NOT WORTH THE PRICE!!!!

Would not recommend for the kitchen (where I have thicker quality mats)
It's a thin mat I use at my standing desk at work. Would not recommend for the kitchen (where I have thicker quality mats). The slickness of these mats would be terrible at home but great on the carpet at work where I can kick them out of the way when I'm ready to sit.

This mat is thin and made of cheap material. I bought this to stand on at work and would need at least 2 to make any impact. I would not recommend this product to anyone.
