I froze them and they came out fine

Can they be microwaved?

No definitely not, they will melt or warp

This may be a strange question but what are the measurements of the circluar part inside the tube?

It fits a mini cupcake. The diameter is very slightly bigger than that, but for practical purposes a mini cupcake fit is what to expect.

Anyone use these for pudding? Im wondering if they would work for my pudding shots!

Yes, I made banana pudding shots.
