Perfect....
Did the job, easy to fit. I did have to purchase a longer hose but all in all really pleased.

great quality
a great piece of kit, the tube itself was worth the price and the outlet was a bonus. All good, highly recommend

Good value basic extraction kit.
I used this kit to install a 150mm extract duct from a replacement kitchen hood to outside. It was useful to have the two jubilee clips to fasten the ducting on either end. There is plenty of ducting, though I didn't cut it down to size before installing. Perhaps on another occasion I would do this, as I suppose that the more corrugated surface area the more resistance, or noise, is produced. The outlet vent itself is quite thin plastic, though satisfactory. The vent flap is very flimsy, does easily flap in the wind, even with the outside cowl in place. The two hinges seem ready to break, and are hardly long enough, but so far are doing the job. There are a few good suggestions in the reviews to overcome the flapping issue. I used a couple of sticky felt pads, which worked. I thought use of mini magnets is a brilliant idea, and will do this when the pads inevitably fall off. The cowl and flap can be easily removed with the wall plate in place, so it is easy to experiment.I would recommend this installation kit, but be prepared to sort out the flapping flap!

did the trick
had to vent this out through the kitchen wall (2 skins) can be rather flimsy material so you have to be careful when feeding through the wall against sharp brick edges. but overall it's fine. the flap in the outside wall fitting tends to rattle a little in a stiff breeze but nothing detrimental. recommended.

Cheap
The reason I bought this was to stop the vent from rattling on a windy day. This made it worse.I followed another reviewer's advice and stuck a weight on it which seems to have done the trick. Also, I have added some padding to dampen the noise and that also helped. On the plus side, the aluminium tube that was supplied with mine is of a fairly good quality, this is also supplied with 2 rings to secure the tube on both sides. For the price it's not too bad, but it doesn't work out of the box.

Arrived quickly and does the job.
This arrived quickly and was packaged well. Everything that was supposed to be in the package was inside. The quality seems fine. The semi rigid tube was plenty long enough with length to spare. Despite having cored the hole using a 152mm core drill, the tubing was still tight and I struggled for a while trying to pull it through with the tube opened up. I eventually gave up after ripping it and then tried a different and much more successful approach. Taking a chunk of tubing and collapsing it down I fed it through sort of sideways with the tube expanding and filling the hole as I pulled the collapsed tube through. This worked really well and I had it fed through in a matter of seconds. Definitely the way to do it. Cutting to length and then using the clamps to hold it on the spigots at the vent and hood was then quite easy. The cowl fitted on the wall okay, but the flap inside seems quite weak, especially the hinges. The flap also bangs in the wind. I fitted some little felt pads under it and this damps the noise, but I think the magnet suggestion from another person could be the fix for this. The flap does not fully cover the entire duct cross-section either, but maybe this is designed.
