Great introduction to RFID
Great introduction for someone with ZERO knowledge on the topic.I should say that the examples given on real life applications were not clear enough for me to understand (author can think of adding more pictures)Anyway, I would still recommend this book as a quick introduction to RFID

This book is a good starter pack for RFID
This book is a good starter pack for RFID - it covers the entire technology stack and the business application of RFID pretty extensively. The only thing it wasn't that great for me was in a deeper dive into the electronics and signal processing components of RFID. Good material to jump off into RFID though.

Good Starter Kit on RFID
Good starter kit on rfid - covers use cases extensively and the pictures are very handy in visualising how it all comes together.

Google is better.
Total ripoff. All fluff, no meaningful content.

Great for a solid foundation of knowledge
It was a solid, well written book on RFID fundamentals and the science behind it. Once read, it will give you a solid basic understanding to move forward without needing and engineering degree.

Great overview
Good overview for those who might be interested in what RFID is and how it's used. Given how ubiquitous RFID is, everyone should know more about it.

Disappointing.
I found the contents of this book to be a collection of cursory notes on the subject. Perhaps what you might expect from a technology magazine article.
