Why is this product twice the price on amazon? cvs, rite aid, bbb it sells for $6-10..!!

What is the ratio crème to accelerator? I threw away the instructions and can't find them online.

Mix the accelerator and crème in a ratio of 1:3 in a plastic container. Never mix it in a metal container. You can also mix it on the plastic slate provided.
