Update: I was sent product that was 1 1/2 years past its expiration date. Its 11 months later, I am questioning the continued palatability of the bait as it seems to be losing its attractiveness and notice that its now about 2 1/2 years past its expiration. My rodents don’t seem to care for stale bait.So check your expiration date before the return window runs out.Original review: Works great in our barn. The rats are gone. Finally.

I have problems with mouse for a while , I have tried other products but without results. The best poison in the market!

Very effective
I had a terrible roof rat infestation. Pest control guy set these out in bait stations. Killed the colony relatively quickly and was safer for my dogs. No control over where the rats die, though (true of any poison).

Get a good lock box to put the bait in.
This works great in two days we did not see any mice and 4 months later still no mice!! Well worth the money.
