good maintenance tool

The book is very good for spare parts inventory starters, although there are some chapters that need to be explore in more details, like the EOQ.

The book provides easy example and clear step by step plans in order to reorganize and bring back your maintenance warehouse under control!

Working on setting up and MRO area and have been looking to brush up on the process and different types of methods to use.
