This is a straight up crappily made knife. It looks beautiful, but looks are deceiving. If you’re looking for a functional tool this is definitely not it. The notching feature barely grazes wood. It will not working for trapping or in any bushcraft scenario whatsoever. Moreover it isn’t even a good everyday knife. I used this knife on my farm for less than a week before the handle broke. I never even took it camping or in to the woods. I opened bags of chicken feed which it did, but so do my car keys. It does not do event the most basic functions against mild limbs or any kind of wood. The sheath arrived already unraveling out of the box. I wouldn’t give this knife to a boy scout. A tracker!? HARDLY!!!!! If you want to gift someone a knife who is never going to use it for anything practical it’s pretty enough, but otherwise this knife fails completely. It’s a mantle piece, not a tool. Garbage all around.

The quality is excellent. Arrives super sharp and the Damascus steel is beautiful. The sheath is also good quality and the leather is soft and doesn't need breaking in.
