PLEASE HELP!So I received my keyboard and mouse today and connected up as explain and all up and running.My issue is in game on Call Of Duty. Its just so laggy when I move around. Its just basically unplayable atm and I've tried everything in the settings of the game to amend it.I'm sure I'm missing something but I've tried for so long to a point ive given up on it till i get help.Please if u know the cure, share it with me so I can enjoy this product ☺

I love the whole concept of the half of a keyboard it’s cool had no problems with the keyboard or mouse itself. My only problem is the remapping software doesn’t work for me or does it open. I think this product can gain an easy 5 stars if it was easier to remap.

Its a Good product but at the end of the day playing with a mouse and keyboard will never be the same on a console compared to PC the producted worked well but for someone who plays on both PS4 Pro and PC this just isn't for me. Now if you were to buy this for a PC then yes the remapping software is pretty easy to use for console but there is no option to switch any of the blinding disco going on on the keyboard.If you want to use a mouse and keyboard on a game console your gonna have to spend a-lot more getting the right Components than £80

The idea is great but with my one the USB port for the mouse was too loose and gave an intermittent signal so I have sent the item back.

Really ergonomic and aesthetically pleasing however the controls can't be reassigned as the link and download the website gives you doesn't work. Will be wanting a refund and returning the product.

Brought it for my son using the switch, he loves it works well with the switch .
