HEXBUGSpider - Blue

Product arrived quickly. My son was really excited about. Directions easy to read. Pulled plastic tab from battery compartment as advised. However product was intermittently working. Battery was weak and after 2 minutes of use was completely dead. Had to buy new batteries - which are button batteries which costs $8. So I ended up having to pay much more than price listed due to the cost of new batteries for a brand new toy. Works great after replacement of batteries. Further, it's a hexbug Spider. Spiders have 8 legs. The toy has 6 legs. How do you explain why this is so to a bright young child who knows better.

The battery life sucks. Stopped after a day

Got this for my grand daughter and she loves it. Keeps her busy for a long time. A little smaller than I expected it but it works fine. A good toy for the price.

It's cool. It's amazing you can buy something like this for about $20. Go to youtube if you want to see it go. It works best on flat hard surfaces and doesn't work well on carpet. Shag would probably stop it because the legs don't lift up high enough. I bought 100 batteries for about $9 delivered on Amazon(My Battery Supplier) because the robot does go through them. It takes 3. The batteries in the remote last longer. It takes 2. It's fun and a little bit eerie. I think it's the way it marches. lol

The idea of this was great it walks so slow..grandchild lost interest immediately. I was disappointed. The commercial for this gives a different impression.

We bought two of these (one for each twin) and they absolutely loved them, we have lost one of the remotes and broken 2 legs so far, but that's what happens with 3 year old boys

Love it

The toy is great fun but the delivery service was terrible. It was a Prime delivery and it took a week to make it home. Very disappointing since I need it it for Christmas.

My 7 year old grandson and 5 year old granddaughter were each given one of these for Christmas by their other grandparents and they absolutely love them. They are amazing toys as you can race them or set them quite complicated courses to navigate. I am not sure how long they will survive or how quickly they eat batteries, but they are great fun. I have bought two for another grandson with extra batteries.

Ce jouet est trés amusant. J'aime bien ces jouets- robots télécommandés, on passe des heures à explorer leurs possibilités.
