Stellar S624 28 cm Saute Pan, Black

Wasn't sure if anodised aluminium would be any good but pleasantly surprised. It actually spreads heat more evenly than cast iron (which is what I've used for 30 years) and you can shove it in the dishwasher afterwards. This pot is a nice all-purpose design, the handles are sturdy and don't get hot (unless you put it in the oven). Some people say you can use metal tools in these but I use silicon to be on the safe side. Otherwise, it does everything my traditional iron pans do from sealing meat at high temperatures to simmering with a very low flame. Spreads heat so well your fishfingers come out evenly browned and simmers don't so easily stick to the bottom of the pan and casseroles thicken nicely.

Bought for my mother to replace an ancient one used every day and she loves it. It's quite heavy, but you need that sometimes.

Started receiving Gousto recipes weekly recently so needed a decent ovenproof dish for the hob. Can't fault this pan excellent product, highly recommend

I did not test it's sturdiness nor it's clean ability. It looked suitably thick.However I returned it as it had dents on the handle and a slight damage on it's base which I worried would scratch my new ceramic hob.

This is a really fine pan, everything is five star except that I think it's a little low (i.e contains less food and risk of spill over the edges).Price is very reasonable

Arrived the next as promised. The pan is well made but not too heavy; I have used it several times and it is now my pan of choice for all sorts of cooking.

Acquistata a pochi euro, padella alta e dritta in alluminio rivestita in teflon con un bel coperchio in acciaio. Per quanto poco costava è sufficente duri un anno. Primo prodotto Stellar che provo.
