It's true black tourmaline and it is hand madeThe unevenness and imperfections should be in there because tourmaline is a dry easy to crack rock for anyone to carve a cross out of this material is an artist in my eyes

Better than expected
Glad it came with two. One is not so symmetrical and the other is better, to be expected. Good size, thicker than I anticipated but that's just on me understanding measurements. Good weight, not too heavy, seems sturdy. Beautiful polish to the black stone. Was able to successfully glue a small cabachon on to make a beautiful gift.

Lacking quality
Bought a bunch of these crosses and 50% of them were either chipped, out of proportion and uneven or very poorly finished. Couldn't use half of the ones I bought for the crafts that I sell. I really liked the size and that they were made of tourmaline but lacking quality. If they had better quality standard of this product it they would be great and I would continue purchasing. But unfortunately out of the 3 or 4 times I've ordered I've been DISSAPOINTED. And therefore finding another source and will not be purchasing again.

Nice pieces.
These are really nice pieces. They claim they are real tourmaline and they do apear to be real. (The company was quick to communicate with me) Imperfect therefore not a product poured into a mold. Feels like stone, looks like stone. Great price. We love them. Thank you would definitely purchase other products from here.
