EDIT- 3/29/19FIVE STARS!! Refunded me for my previous order and also sent me two new (perfectly made) handbooks. Definitely worth the purchase the first time even with the handful of pages upside down, now this makes it even more incredible. They went out of their way to make up for a minor detail hiccup, without me even asking. If that doesn't get you to ORDER FROM THEM, then your loss!!The amount of amazing illustration, workout assistance, fitness goal areas, and other intricate pages is wonderful! Was very pleased to start looking through and writing my workouts in for the upcoming days- until i had a hunch to just check through the book. About 100 pages in there are 20-25 pages that are facing the opposite direction (upside down). Minor detail but when i get to that point in my workouts, it'll be a pain in the butt. That's the difference between a 3 star and a 5 star review.. attention to detail.

Will be buying again once those fills up
Good setup. Helps me look back and see progress. Only drawback is I have to keep pinching the spiral binding together so the last several pages don’t come loose. I am pretty hard on it though, tossing it down onto the gym floor when I’m tired. Overall I’d recommend this.

Great workout log
I was looking for a new workout log to track my lifts and progress in the gym. This is one of, if not the best, workout log I have ever used. And all for a very reasonable price! There are also areas to record measurements, as well as weight and body fat %. Additionally, at the end of the workout log, there is a chart showing different exercises for each muscle group. Overall, this is a great workout log that I highly recommend! And I love that this is made by a small family business!

i really like this
I usually use the fitness log that Bodybuilding.com used to give out as a free gift. They stopped doing the free gifts which prompted my search for a new book. I LOVE this book. It's much more organized and detailed than that of the one i used to use and the pages are super thick which is my favorite. One of my biggest pet peeves is ink going through the pages and these pages are super thick and even my felt tip pens don't soak through.

Love that it has seconds for work and rest
This is my first fitness book . I love that has work & rest boxes to put how long you did your sets . I used to do 10 sets of exercises but now only do 8 sets because that's all they have in the book. If they had created 10 sets that would make the book perfect because that's what I'm used to.

This book is perfect and well made.
It has everything I need. Enough places on each page to but all my workouts, even my long full body days, and has places for cardio and different notes. I’m able to keep track of my measurements too. This is my first fitness log, and I’m already recommending this one to people in my personal life. 10/10 would recommend.

Awesome quality but more geared for weight training
I wanted to love this because it’s a family-owned business but it is geared more to a bodybuilding/weight training only workout. The space for cardio inputs is so small there’s really no point to it. And I would love to see a small part for tracking water intake. But it’s still good! Durable and great quality.

Very useful and sturdy
I have used this journal to start tracking my workouts at the gym. I write down my exercises as I do them. The page format is very friendly for keeping track of cardio and strength conditioning. I keep the book in my gym bag and keep a pencil attached and I am set to go.
