ARKON Windshield Dashboard Sticky Suction Car Mount for XM and Sirius Satellite Radios Single T and AMPS

I tried several different mounts for my satellite radio, but this was the only one that would both fit in the small space available, and also allow enough adjustment to angle it properly. The adjustable arm is approximately 4” long, and the overall length is about 6”. I had to mount this sideways to fit the space, and so far, the adhesive on the mounting disc is strong enough to hold it without issues. We’ll see how it does over time.This little mount is a great deal at $13, and so far I’m very pleased.

This worked like a charm. I bought a XM radio used on Amazon. The mount that came with it was very worn and wouldn't tighten down. I found this on Amazon and it solved my problem. I have it on my dash and it hasn't moved since I mounted it.'

It does work if you don't have anything too heavy attached. With my xm radio, it's too heavy and keeps falling down. Had to put it in a new spot and attache velcro to it. Now it's working great.

Good. The adhesives on the plastic round mounting disk stays sticking to the dash. However, the suction cup on the mount itself does not stay sticking to the round plastic mounting disk because the weight of the radio, overtime, is too heavy . What I did was I just took off the plastic disk from the adhesive which was still stuck on the dash and have been utilizing the suction cup mount itself on the remaining adhesive still in the dash. it is a stronger hold than when I used the plastic round mounting disk.

Instead of getting a longer neck dash mount, I just straighten out this one and use it upside down. Works great and allows me to use the dash as a base for it as well. Used it for 6 months now and has never slipped off either. Quality suction cup.

We purchased this because the installation of our satelllite radio failed almost immediately (insufficient adhesive on disk to stick on dashboard). This device solved our issue perfectly. We were able to mount the radio in the cubby near the gear shift and still be able to use the cubby to a good extent. Also, the radio was positioned higher which makes it easier to see and use. So we are very happy with this purchase.

I am having difficulty using the mounting bracket with my new siriusxm onyx plus receiver. The arkon mounting bracket, when installed as directed on the receiver back with the four provided screws, covers up the power connector on the receiver. please tell me what i need to do to mount my receiver with your bracket? i do not want to return at this time, just want it to work. its a great mount.

The sticker on dash came unglued after 1 hot day but suction to the windshield works great.

I used this to mount a programmer for my diesel truck. Was far more cost effective then the replacement mount from the programmer brand. 10/10 would buy again if I needed to

Used several sticky pads for my satellite receiver but they would start to peel off in hot weather the ordered this and it sticks to the windshield perfectly, well worth the money
