I purchased this case because I have a history of dropping my phone in the lake. Per seller instructions, I tested the case to verify that it was water tight. It passed the test without issue. Installation of the phone was simple and straightforward. All the phone buttons work well, the charging port is accessible, and the screen responds well through the screen protector. All in all, an excellent product.Nice and straightforward, and the case is perfectly waterproof. I submerged the case for about an hour and a half because I forgot about it and everything inside was still dry. If I ever need another case, I will definitely go back to them, I know this case will last me a long time!

Pretty disappointed in this as I bought it to replace my lifeproof case (which I’ve replaced more times than I care to admit due to the case effecting the sound quality) I read the reviews which didn’t seem to complain about this issue. I liked the design when I received it, the fit and the feel of it. I don’t talk on the phone too much but I use it on speaker to listen to podcasts and gps and even that was muffled low volume and my phone calls people still complaining they can’t hear me and I’m also having trouble hearing people now which wasn’t a problem before. I’ve now had to resort to skipping waterproof cases altogether and purchasing another case and a tempered glass protector which I don’t feel protect my phone quite as well but atleast I can hear people and they can hear me!

Very impress on the case. Kept my phone dry and loved the strap so I didn’t lose it. Screen was still accessible and had no problems with people hearing me. Was able to take it in the ocean with me and not a drop of water got in. Got this for the waterproof feature. Took it on kayaking and swimming at the beach in Hawaii and it work great. No sign of any water leak into the case. Only minor thing was I had to press a little harder than usual for the touch screen to work. But other than that no issue. The case can be hard to take apart and get the phone out but I guess that show the seal is pretty tight.

I really like this case. I like that it protects the whole phone including the screen. I haven't tested it's water proof qualities, because, well, why chance that. But I looks like it would do the job if dropped in water.

Before this case, I had gone through at least 5 cases. This is the best one I have ever had. I work at pretty dusty place, and this case keeps all the dust out. All other cases (full body) I have ever tried , small sand grains/dust would get between phone and case which was very annoying. Also, this is much cheaper than those I had tried.

Fits my iPhone perfectly, not a bulky monster like the Otter, and seems to be wearing better than my over-priced Lifeproof Fre cover. Looks nice, and it works. I have nothing to complain about for this cover. I've dropped the phone a couple of time and it protected the phone, and the case didn't chip or appear damaged. Good value for the cost without paying for the name; and it's lasting better than my LifeProof Fre case so far.

My daughter has this phone case for her iPhone 7 and loves it. I had a problem with a small piece coming off. (Most likely my fault) I contacted customer service and asked if I could buy a replacement piece for the case. The offered to send me a new case. It was very hassle free and happened with an exchange of a couple of messages. I can’t stress enough how awesome customer service was. My problem was not a design flaw. I believe it came loose because I originally put it together wrong. I would have bought the same case again if it came down to it.

When you put a call on speaker, It is unable for the caller at the other end to hear you. So annoying!Screen bubbles form after putting the case, difficult to view screen with reflection.Overall not happy with the purchase, but it does "seem" functional with water.

Me lo ha protegido de fuertes caídas demasiado bien, el cristal de mi iPhone 8 ni si quiera tiene un rasguño!

Me gusto q es muy cómoda y es muy fácil de llevar a cualquier lado
