Portable Playpen, Large

I'm completely satisfied with the doggie play pen. Perfect size for two small dogs or one large dog. The bottom is secure with no Velcro. Easy open zipper entry and covered mesh zipper top. We are going to take this on vacation to keep our pets secure while fishing. So Happy I found this product on Amazon.com.

This playpen is awful. The first day we set it up for my 15 lb dachshund, we found him in a completely different room with the playpen caved in around him. It has no weight to it, so there is no way I would try to use it outside. We weighted it down to try it again, and he broke through the "durable" pvc mesh, injuring his nose. Although the bottom is waterproof (he knocked over his water bowl in his horrible nightmare), this product is not safe, or durable in any form. I would not trust my pet in another product like this again. I would give it 0 stars if Amazon would let me...

Mesh material is not very durable. My Chihuahuas torn it up. Otherwise it is a decent size, and folds easily.

My pet loves this playpen. He had no trouble adapting to staying inside and it is very easy to transport. However, It didn't take long for my dog to rip open the bottom of the door opening. The zipper door was not enough to keep him inside. We still use it daily because he really likes to sleep in it but it's not good to keep him in when you are gone.

My playpen also came with mold/mildew up the sides as other reviewers have posted. I THINK this will work OK for my two cats to be able to get some fresh air on the porch, but it is flimsy and will definitely have to be used with close supervision.

Excellent playpen for my cat, so she can be out when we are, but safe from critters and watch nature flying all around her. The netting alloes her to see.

I did not buy this product on Amazon, but a retail store. I have to say it has been good for three of my dogs, one of whom is a destructive puppy. Two of my dogs were older and already had good manners and were used to being confined in a crate. No problems there. The puppy was 8 weeks old when I first put her in it and she tried her best to scratch her way out but, at 3 pounds, not much damage done. Now, with some training, at 16 weeks she is better behaved and I don't have go worry about her destroying it. And she is 5 pounds. Also, this is not meant to be a crate substitute. This is a play pen. I put her in this (and a much larger one) when I don't want her running around the house but want her confined in something she can get a little exercise in. I wouldn't leave an untrained dog in this without supervision.
