Needed to purchase steak knives as our current ones were literally not "cutting it". Saw this product with a $5.00 coupon offer. Decided to give it a go. I like the weight and balance of the knife. I have large hands and my wife has small and we both liked the feel. My father always joked that a sharp knife makes a steak tender. These cut very well. The four star rating is because the finish around the tang is not the smoothest but it is acceptable and doesn't affect performance. We never put a knife in the dishwasher and always wash by hand. Can't comment for those that would use a dishwasher and how it would affect the finish. This is a good value knife and I recommend it.

These feel like well built knives. And very sharp too. To me though, the handles feel a little small, which throws off the balance. I should have looked for something with a larger handle... And I don't even have big hands.I'm looking at the black Wanbasion steak knives now.Update: After using them for a few months now, I had to come back to say, it's not even that the handles are "too small" but rather, because of the taper, you absolutely can't rest it on the side of your plate ! It will slide right down onto the plate every single time ! Drenching your handle with steak juice, or whatever others liquids you might have on your plate.So yes, well built, but a PITA to use ☹️
