Yes, the DW7084 will work with DWS779

Will these fit a ridgid r4221 12” dual bevel compound sliding mitre saw?

These stops are the same as the ones for Ridgid R4221. Ridgid stops are #HM-0890410228721 sold by Parts Warehouse. After careful measuring both saws for placement of stops these fit the saw perfectly. The Knob Thumb screw is an M8 thread(Metric). Same thread on the Dewalt. I know I checked at HD on a dewalt. They also come with clip nuts, you can drill a hole and use these to secure the the crown stop.Trust me these work. Heavy duty also
