Great book. Helped me get started on using my new Weber rotisserie. I love the author's blog too. Filled with lots of useful info. He seems like a really likable guy and I mostly purchased the book to support him. Lots of great recipes... I look forward to trying then all.

Great cookbook - simple to follow and understand with helpful photos and recipes that are a "notch" above what you get from online searches. For me, written in a way that a "dad who is not a chef but enjoys grilling" can excel and have fun! (Check out his blog, too - fantastic.)

Even better than his first book (Rotisserie Grilling), Mike Vrobel has done it again! Rotisserie Chicken Grilling is easy to follow and delicious.

Excellent and easy to follow recipes. Since buying this book, I've followed about half a dozen recipes. Again, all recipes are easy to follow (you may have all of the ingredients on your pantry). Every recipe has been amazingly good.

This is a great book! Very easy to follow recipes, and an absolute must for those who are new to the rotisserie! Very tasty recipes, too, with lots of variation... I'm faithful to his blog, and this is the perfect extension.

Wish it had color photos and also info on cooking other poultry like turkeys and game hens.

This ebook and the other "Rotisserie Grilling" by the same author was just what I was looking for. Even though I have an electric grill the instructions easily translated and I have had nothing but great results. And the instructions for trussing a bird were spot-on! Thanks Mike for writing these books!

While the cooking basics remain pretty much the same, there are many new spice rubs and methods discussed. I have been using my rotisserie on a large gas grill for years and noted there were very few books on the subject. We know have several thanks to Mike.
