I had to return it. I was able to control the PTZ but had no video (with IntelliSecu;s mini NVR that I had also purchased), once for a short time I was able to get a full screen of mixed up colors (very similar to a video card that I had when it went bad and I had to buy a new one). I spent several hours online trying to get or find some way of contacting tech. support ("seedweb" ???), but I had no luck. Which was to bad because I really liked the looks of the camera and the listed spec.s (the reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one. I have since bought another cheaper brand that works fine with the IntelliSecu mini NVR.One other thing that bothered me was that I thought I was buying a new/never been opened box/camera but when it arrived it had obviously been returned at least once and maybe twice before and had been partially assembled...

Does not work consistently, autofocus does not work when zoomed out, IR turned off and will not turn back on, no contact information for seller or manufacturer for product support. Camera control software and user interface is not intuitive and no documentation to help. I sent two different emails over a month ago and have not received a response from Intellisecu.

Excellent Camera once I cleared all the Chinese out of it. Works great with Blue Iris and been rock solid since I set it up! FAST!! Great Picture many many options. (ISPY worked as well) Dont count on any updates but I don't need any for my purposes as it has everything already. Not recommended for no tech person. Not Plug and Play!

This was obviously written by someone whom has an interest in selling these camera's. I have been installing Audio/Video Systems for 20+ years, our most experience "Manufacture" trained techs from different "Name Brands" have all come to the same conclusion. If it's not a paperweight when you get it, it will be when it overheats and melts! You have been warned more than once in these reviews, I never degrade a camera because of where its built. We install 1000's of systems a year and I wouldn't purchase these at $250 for the reuse of the parts!
