The worst book on the planet
if i could possibly give this book no stars I would because its terrible, she is a little girl who is spoiled and treats every one in her life like crap and she doent respect anybody, this is the first book i read from the author and i didn't even finish and i dont plan in reading this authors other books. It is also a bad influence for many kids that dont like their parents or friends because her best friend treated her so nicely and she is so mean with him, i honestly would say that this is the worst book i have ever read. And i dont take my words back it is a very bad and kind of stupid book.

A good book kids will enjoy
I enjoyed "Judy Moody was in a Mood." She's a typical young girl with an attitude at first. She seems to find reasons not to like things. For example, she resists going to her classmate, Frank's party. But once she learns more about him, she finds she enjoyed the party and didn't want to leave.I think it's good when the main character grows and learns along the way. Also, the glossary at the back of the book is helpful and the drawings help children connect with the characters.Review by children's author, Deanie Humphrys-Dunne

A wonderful way to lead kids to understand a change of attitude towards adversity.
Very enjoyable! It addresses an important issue not only for kids but for the adults as well. A change of attitude when facing adversity. Getting to know your friends better before judging them for what they seem to be and not of what they are.My 7 year old loved the last Chapter and said: "Yes, grandma Judy was smart enough to learn that we can win even ifwe have to fix somethings. It is better to see opportunity and not disasters only."

Great book to get your 2nd graders reading!
I liked that we have found another chapter book series that is funny and easy to relate on a kid's level. Judy is a third grade tomboy with a brother named "Stink" a mother and dad along with Judy's friends make for great story!

Delighted 6 year old
I have asked my Granddaughter how she liked her first Judy Moody book. She is delighted by it and she has asked for more of these instead of Easter Eggs - even better review. Although just 6, she is a very advanced reader and is very mature. Both Mum and I read the book before giving it to her, and we thought it was just right in its language and content. Jessica also has the trio of Stink books which she says makes her glad she has a sister and not a smelly brother and she is sorry for Judy.Megan, keep on writing and make one little girl very happy.

Judy Moody was in a mood
I Like Judy Moody because it's funny. I like it when the toad is soft and bumpy and cool. I like it when they where in the toilet paper club. Her brother Stink is funny he made Frank pearl, Judy and rocky jump by wearing and old mans costume.I really enjoyed the book, can't wait to read more.By Jessica age 7
