I love the Seagate company. I gave these to my family recently because we were sick. Can't say it they helped for sure but I know a little carrot and garlic didn't hurt.

Very important supplement to have and it is made with real foods. The garlic is real I can smell and taste it when I place the capsules in my mouth.

I usually use Kyolic, but I was interested in carrot and garlic for certain benefits. I will be buying Kyolic next time I get sick (acts as an antibiotic). This has a taste and smell, I take 3 at night instead of some in the morning and at night, no stomach problems, but no difference in the pre-cold symptoms quickly. This isn't terrible, but it isn't for me.Update: now I am very sick, this didn’t ward off anything, and am experiencing body odor.

I believe it helped in my resistance to flu while in cold weather and people coughing around me.

It's an acquired taste...
