simplehuman Custom Fit Trash Can Liner J, 30-40 L / 10-10.5 Gal, 50-Count Box

When we bought the Simple Human kitchen garbage can I couldn't believe we were spending over $100 on a trash can. I immediately thought, "What a scam! They sell their own garbage bags too!?" There's no way we're buying the Simple Human bags!"Well after comparing prices I quickly found out they are very close in price to other brands when you break it down to a per bag cost. And then I justified the slightly higher cost by how few we actually use (roughly one bag per week, never more than two). So I'm looking at spending maybe $8 more per year (comparing to other leading brands offering quality bags).Well after we use the first bag it all made sense to me. The bag is shaped to fit the can. This not only means that it fits on in a very clean way with no excess at the brim, but also the trash itself forms nicely to the size/shape of the can. Upon pulling the bag out, after full, the trash stays in that shape making it easy to carry out and fits in your garbage can nicely. The handles that cinch the top are strong and after using these bags for over a year now I've yet to have one tear. These are things I haven't experienced with other bags. I'm a fan.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I first saw these as a sample with my purchase of a simple human trash can. I figured it was just another way for the company to make money. But once I tried them I will never use anything else in my trashcan. They fit perfectly, reduces any change of the trash bag sliding into the insert, thus creating a huge mess, or hanging out the trashcan lid which is just too tempting for my 18 month old not to pull on. Plus they are super strong and seem to hold much more than the glad force flex that I always used. Odor is also contained as well, and when ordered with subscribe and save they cost the same price as the large glad trash bags I would buy at a local warehouse store..

Normally I wouldn't buy garbage can specific liners but in this case I did. There was a sample pack of liners included with the Simplehuman can I purchased this past fall. After being able to compare these to the liners I usually use I was sold. Not just because they fit the can perfectly (which is awesome), they're also very well made. I've never had a tear in either the bag or the drawstring. In fact, in my old brand, I hated the drawstring because that was always the weak point of the bag. I only bought the handle tie.VERY smart of Simplehuman to include the sample pack. I wouldn't have tried and subsequently purchased these otherwise.IMHO they're well worth the money.

I've have my Simple Human can for about 7 years. The can itself is very solid and the opener works flawlessly.I could use regular bags in this but they bunch up and hang over the rim. I got this can to try, at least somewhat, to hide the trash in my kitchen - and to do that I need these bags. I never really thought much about the bags themselves until I saw others reviews and kind of realized these really are very good trash bags. They never rip on me, they drawstrings never break, they don't leak. These are some fine trash bags.I use a couple bags a week so one box last me almost six months. For the durability coupled with the streamlined look they give my already sexy trash can I can justify the price.

I went my entire life dreading the changing of the trash bag. OK, not dreading. And not my entire life. But you know what I mean. I guess what I'm trying to say is that I NEVER KNEW CHANGING A TRASH BAG COULD BE SUCH A PLEASURE!Plain ol' standard bags fit most trans cans like a saggy pair of old underwear or a sock that has lost its elastic clinging power. If you don't work in janitorial services and don't know that great trick for cinching tight those standard bags, they'll eventually fall back into the trash can.These things FIT PERFECTLY and are so, so tight. You KNOW they're never going to fall back into the can. And they don't peek above the waistline like an early-2000s thong.I look forward to changing the trash bag now. And that is something.

I've had a simplehuman trash can for many years but never thought it was worth getting custom made trash bags. It sounded so frivolous. So I'd use the tall kitchen can bags from my local store. Problem is they're a bit bigger than the can but I would twist the excess and then hold onto it as I replaced the bin. Trouble is my husband could never get the hang of it so if he changed the bag it would come loose and get all messed up. A bit of plastic broke off a few years back and that was what gave us the quiet close on the lid. Our local library's community room needed a trash can so I cleaned it up and donated it - a big upgrade for them - and bought the next level of simplehuman trash can for our kitchen. It came with a few trash bags. What a difference! The trash bags fit snugly over the top of the bin. There's no way the bag can come lose. So now even my husband is allowed to change the bags. Also, they are very strong. I'm not getting any younger so when I have a full bag of trash I let it "walk" down the basement stairs alone (i.e., I pretty much toss it down). The bag is strong enough that no matter what, it doesn't break and nothing leaks or spills out. I wish I'd used these bags all along.

I'm a fan of things that just work, including the simplehuman trash cans. The bags fit the can (although with the thinner can I got last year they stick out a little - but then I'm not that careful about putting them in), and in 8 years and two cans I don't believe I've ever had one of them break (although the string handle has, once or twice, on a heavy load). A bit expensive compared to what you'd find at the local grocery store, but worth it for the convenience.

I try to sell this Garbage can I have and the bags to my friends.I can't stand when simple function items cause grief, and this has Far Exceeded my expectations.strong as hell, fit perfect, has a re order label on the 4'th to last bag, the box they come in is top quality, the Can itself is super high quality- stain free, finger print resistant etc.. Just if you ever use the Simple Human products, you'll know what I mean. You have to try it. When something is that good I would gladly pay the premium.. the same lady snooting that it is a waste to spend that much on a garbage can, leaves her car run 15 minutes in my laneway because she wants it comfy for her to sit in when she goes outside to her car.. so to each there own, but I Love this system!My Kitchen Can was about 200 bucks and looks similar to the 15 dollar one but after you use it, you'll quickly see.will last forever too. Just Bloody Awesome!

There is not a better bag on the market

I love these trash can liners. I use them with my SimpleHuman Trash can and I would never use anything else. They fit perfectly, they don't fall off the trash can (which I hate because then your garbage falls into your can and makes a mess which you than have to clean up -- yuck), very easy to put on and I have never had one leak. I know they are a little pricey but I have never have had any garbage can messes, which is worth the price.

These fit our simplehuman garbage can perfectly.
