Product would not allow changing to one of several decent launchers. Would not even allow The down load of Clean Master. Box far too restrictive on what apps it will allow to be loaded. Also, difficult to enter Email and password to add an account to get into your Google Account and open up Google Playstation. You need either a second streaming box going or a computer to OK a security alert before opening the above two apps. Operating capabilities simply unacceptable.

The specs are good, and it works okay, however there is no flexibility. The box is locked and you are forced to use their launcher and the software that comes with it. Most of the normal programs you would want to add from Google Play are not compatible and will not let you install them such as: Firefox Browser, Ad-block+, most pop-up blockers, some VPN's and many more. You can't install Kodi. An old modified version of Kodi is pre-installed and can't be upgraded so not all builds will work. This was a waste of time and money for me, I am unable to use it for my needs.

Many apps from the Google store, like Kodi, can't be installed. The Android settings tab only gives us access to a reduced number of functions, not the full array of Android 9. I bought this device to replace another with Android 7 but, without Kodi and all of Android settings, I'm considering returning the tv box.

The specs on this box impressed me so I wanted to check it out to see how it compared to other boxes I've used. Before purchasing I had questions and the Seller was great about answering all my questions before I purchased. I was not disappointed! While the standard launcher is not full of bells and whistles, it also does not hog resources. The box is very responsive to the remote and moving from apk to apk is fast! I tried connected over wifi as well as hard wired and the box streamed very well with little lag time to load and start playing my selections.I am fussy and would like to see a taskbar but after bouncing around between different apps the box still did not lag.Update: been testing for a few days and the box still is very impressive. The box is built for power and that is what you get. Highly recommend.

Usually I stick with the 3gb models but decided to give this 4gb model a chance for many reasons. Those reasons being the new operating system of Android 9.0 and the Amlogic s905x2. This is one fast entertainment box.I used to buy the 1 GB models however with how technology is going, they became slow. I then started to buy 2gb models and even though they are perfect I wanted something faster. So, I thought it was time to upgrade.These are the reasons why I recommend this one:• Android 9.0 operating system is an upgrade from the Android 8.1 however I am not sure if I see any difference aside from the settings layout being little different. As for comparing to the Amlogic S912 which is marked the top of the line at the moment, the S905x2 is faster and better in some areas and gives the S912 a run.• The speed of this box is similar to the high-end NVidia Shield models and in comparison, if you don’t game much, I would highly recommend this one for fraction of the price of a Shield.• It has a strong 5ghz wifi and does not give me any issues or disconnections.• Netflix app works flawless with no issues.• Bluetooth 4.1 works perfect• The 32gb of rom in this box is just excellent to have in my opinion but 16gb I would say is the minimum must have.• Having the 4 GB of ram is superior over the 1 GB or even the 2gb. Loading apps, switching from one app to another, surfing the internet, being on Facebook and streaming contents are just flawless. I find it to be extremely fast and with no buffering. It has giving me no issues or frustration like I was having before with my other models. Nothing is worse than having a slow media box.Overall, I am going to purchase another one for my bedroom, however two things that I don’t like about this package is the remote and the company’s logo on the box. The remote is better than the standard one that I would have to directly point it at the box, in this case it has good range. I just wished the remote was similar to some of the other models where it has voice control and feels more elegant vs cheap plastic. With the Company’s logo on it, it is slightly off centered and crooked which is bothering my ocd but nothing to worry about.

I've tried to install 2 different 64 bit programs and I cant I have to install 32 bit programs on it, its advertised as 64 bit. works ok otherwise. false advertising?

Best boxes I purchased in a while. If you know how to program them you'll find it very user friendly. It runs very fast. It was worth every penny. It never overheats and is taking all the newest apks. A lot of links come up on all apks without using sources like real debrid. I'd purchase them again any day.
