Pros: Very well made, looks great, and is so versatile it makes perfect since for traveling. Red light shows when unit is providing charge, so helpful. Read out of available power also well done.Cons: For Qi charging, slipper phones WILL slide off, ONLY GOOD FOR LEVEL SURFACES, can not Qi while plugged into wall. Does NOT charge small computers nearly as good as real chargers. Device relies on friction from the plug to hold it only the wall, many sockets may not have the proper tightness causing this charger to be rather useless unless you have something to prop it up against the outlet. Perfect for plugging in on vertical a/c outlet like on top of desk and having it ready to go when leaving the office.

I travel a lot internationally and wanted a product that can charge my laptop and multiple electronic devices with various different USB plugs. I wanted to do away with multiple power supply and the extra power bank I normally carry. For about $40 I was willing to give it a try.While plugged into the wall outlet, the travel pack charged my computer and phones without any issues. Using the power pack as standalone and trying to charge the computer (USB C port) and phones at the same time gave an error on my computer. Error basically stated I needed to use my regular computer charger. My guess is that the devices were pulling more power than what the power bank can output. Although not being able to charge computer and 2 other phones at the same time without the device being plugged in is a hard test for the rating and price, I am happy with the performance. I would give it a 4.5 (if available) for the fact that the product perform to my expectation and $40 is not bad for all that you get.

At first I was hesitant about how many things this is trying to do at once, but after my first business trip with it, I’ve no regrets.Easy to use, with the perfect amount of ports for every device I carry. The wireless charger has come in handy more than once when I’ve forgotten a cable and in Europe I’ve had more than a few people pick it up and remark on how they want one too, often mistaking it for a fruit-company adapter.This has now replaced three separate bricks on a permanent basis.

I like this a lot as a multi-port charger which just happens to have a battery as well. The problem is that the Qi wireless charging doesn't work properly. I have a phone with a 3400mAh battery. If I let it go down to 50% and leave it on the wireless charger overnight, the charger's battery drains down to zero. That means it's delivering ~1700mAh, which is about a quarter of its rated capacity. Where's the rest going? Is it overcharging and possibly damaging the phone? Is it being dissipated as heat (which would be a safety problem)? I don't know, I'll have to run the same test during the day to check, but meanwhile I'm very much not inclined to use that feature. For comparison, using USB-C this charged up my phone from 10% and still had 42% of its own capacity left. That's still short of its advertised capacity (~5300mAh vs. claimed 6700) but at least it's in the ballpark and doesn't suggest a dangerous malfunction.

I was searching for a good, quality back up battery to have on hand to charge my phones when I’m not in areas with accessible outlets. As a contractor with two iPhones, I am often on job sites with no access to power. This White Kaiman power boost pack was a great find, and serves me needs plus more. It recharges pretty quickly, and seems to hold a long battery life before needing recharge. I’m able to charge my iphone at least twice before the pack needs a recharge.I also like the digital battery life meter and the option to charge my phone wirelessly.I ordered this on a Sunday evening, and it arrived on my door step with picture confirmation Monday late afternoon.I will definitely be ordering again from White Kaiman! Love this product. It’s very convenient. I can just plug it to the wall to charge. And then use wireless feature to charge my phone. No need to look for cables. Ever. My phone always dies so this is perfect. Don’t know how I went all this time without it.

Absolutely love the product and what it's capable of but only downside is I can only charge my phone once and maybe for like a little bit longer but other than that it usually will die after the first charge so it's a good backup battery but if you're trying to find a product that you can charge your phone multiple times with then you might want to look for something a bit stronger, I'd like to be able to have several charges in this battery pack but if I want to charge the battery pack and still plug into devices it's very useful for that especially since it will charge your device before it charges itself, giving it 3 Stars only because of the battery capacity not for quality of product or the usefulness of the device

Ok, this product burn my phone, after I woke up in the morning, I release the phone wasn't charging, and my powerbeats3 , I try to plug the power bank in another part of the house, and nothing, I take my phone to a third party , the tech guy said the motherboard is burn, by electrical discharge, after checking the power bank, smells like a barbecue inside, In my position, is imposible to get out in this pandemic, and I know many people, are not gonna take the risk to be returning item and get COVID, so just, don't buy this, in my experience go for a quality brand, and keep safe of this problem.
