Hello I ordered a barbecue, arrived on time is perfect but has no glass cover missing 😔

Arrived in a box with no extra packaging except a plastic clear bag. Rattling around in the box.The rubber feet had fallen off. The plates weren’t secure and had come loose (obviously as the contents weren’t secure)The material feels cheap and the whole unit doesn’t feel sturdy or professional quality!The biggest bug bare is that it doesn’t come with a lid. Although the instructions clearly state a lid should be used at all times when cooking. The issue here is that it’s the last thing in the extract text that says there is no lid. This should be clearer - in the title maybe!This is not a quality product. Because it feels cheap, and the fact it wasn’t secure during transit, I’m scared to use it.Honestly, I am going to look to return this!Avoid at all costs!

I like the grill very easy to use & clean only used it a few times over the moon with our grill thanks

The product should be sold as a complete package with lid and griddle plate.

Nothing to dislike, easy to clean and easy to work.Cooks food very well.Still different things to try in it , but otherwise I like it.

The picture shows a lid and grill pan. These are an optional extra to be bought separately. High street TV no longer sell them.

Makes grilling steaks simple without the smoke and grease. Slightly large for storing

i bought this less than a year ago and it has packed in dont waste your money
