I loved them. I handled the “E” quickly and accidentally damaged the part where you insert the straw- I managed to fix it with tape- so be-careful. Other than that it’s an awesome buy: all the letters are the same size, width, and color. Pretty cool! They stay fully inflated for about 8-14 days too. I used regular air. There is a way that you can add string if you want to hang them too.

We used the balloons to welcome our first grandchild home. Wanted to make it so special because we could not be there during his delivery and still have not been able hold him due to the Coronavirus.They were so easy to use and looked adorable on our step & repeat

These letter balloons were exactly as expected and perfect for my daughter's graduation. I had included a request for black ribbon to hang them and the seller was awesome and sent a handwritten note saying that they only had white and they hope that was ok. Thought that was above and beyond! Would definitely purchase again from this seller.

These are good quality compared to others I have purchased on the past. Order was accurate and nicely packaged. The balloons held their air well through the day and night. I deflated them and plan to try to reuse them next year as the instructions suggested. They made the party decor perfect!

I received the product and 1 of the O kept deflating. I tried fixing it and even when I cant hear the hissing noise, the balloon kept deflating. I contacted the seller and they troubleshoot and then sent me a replacement. They actually sent a replacement for all the letters which I thought was amazing.All the reviews that said "these balloons don't float with helium"... the instructions that came with the balloons specifically said it and even on their descriptions. So it's not seller's fault. I would order again. Thanks for the great customer service.

I had a specifically amazing experience with the seller. As it turns out, I got a hole in one of the balloons I ordered and of course, my daughter’s birthday was in two days. I sent the seller a message assuming if they wouldn’t even receive it for a couple of days and they got back to me immediately and overnighted me the balloon I need it. I would absolutely order from the seller all day long. Thank you so much! By the way, the quality of the ballon was awesome and super easy to use.

Very cute. The instructions are clear however it should be noted that the straw goes under a clear plastic piece that’s hidden inside the straw insert. I learned the hard way and punctured a hole in the 1st letter.

These balloons were great!! Had issues inflating the "e" but once I figured it out all was good! And there are slight issues with the threading holes breaking so just keep tape in hand! Really easy to inflate, and kinda fun actually, deflating was also very easy!
