I do like this product! It makes my life so much easier moving from breastfeeding to formula. I still feel like the milk is on demand. However, there is a problem with this item. Every day I have to clean the oval plastic piece as the steam from the warm milk causes the formula powder to cake onto it. It then causes the powder to cake onto the bottom opening of the powder dispenser. For a few days, I didn’t realize this was happening but I was noticing the milk seemed lighter in color. Turns out for every 4 ounces of water, it was only mixing in a scoop of powder. This made my baby very irritable. I noticed the lighter color but didn’t put two and two together until after a whole day. I decided to measure the powder and that’s when I found out. I felt horrible!! Just FYI in case you decide to purchase this item. It’s worth the money but needs to be kept clean daily.

I found it difficult to use and then also found there’s a no return policy that I was not aware of.

Love this product! I was a baby breeza user with my 3 year old but there were so many restrictions making it not as user friendly. The maker of this machine took the cons of the breeza into consideration when creating this product and it is so much better! First, as the other review stated, the machine doesn’t constantly heat up the water reservoir potentially creating a nasty bacteria environment if you don’t use the water quickly and clean every couple days. It heats the water needed per bottle. The other huge complaint I had with the breeza is it only allowed increments of ounces by 2. It was wasteful if your baby only drank 3 oz per feeding. The cholma allows you to up by .5 oz ranging from 1-10 oz per bottle. Another feature cholma has that others don’t is the option to have just warm water or formula distribution and you can set the desired temp of water (guess what machine doesn’t have that...)The above are the major pros (but not all) vs the cons of the breeza however both machines you have to clean the funnel and formula distribution area daily.The only minor con I can really list on the Cholma machine is I wish it gave you a warning when the water reservoir tank was getting low. Another maybe the buttons are very sensitive so be careful when cleaning. It is easy to have the machine start pouring by brushing over the button when taking the parts off that need to be cleaned.Overall I would purchase this product again over the breeza even if the the breeza was cheaper.

I don’t like this product at all and unfortunately I can’t return it. The formula dispenser is constantly getting clogged, despite constantly sweeping it with the little brush that is enclosed. Also, when it’s time to refill the water container it always seems to back up into the formula container - which then ruins the formula. If the dispenser is clogged then the wrong amount of formula is dispensed into the bottle making a watered down bottle - which then you have no idea how much formula actually made it into the bottle - so that one goes down the sink and you end up making a bottle anyway.Save your money - the hope of convenience and quickness is not worth the money.I really wanted to like this product. I would not recommend it.

CHOLMA baby formula maker is complicated and hard to use, instructions are worthless and this item can't be returned. There is a number to call on the instructions, but it is not a working number. The website where it states you can get the correct formula concentration gives an error and the how-to video uploaded after i purchased it says you need a scale to determine the amount of formula based on an equation. There is a one-page "manual" to download, but the font is teeny-tiny, blurred and illegible. In the description, CHOLMA stands by their product and has a money back guarantee, but there is no one to contact for help and they don't accept returns. I can not emphasize enough--Do not waste your money on this product!

There is no help for this product in English. Everything is in Chinese. Suddenly they say you need a scale to measure everything. The box says there is an app that doesn’t exist. There are no returns for a product that has absolutely no customer service and no one that can speak to you. It says there is a website which doesn’t actually work when you try to put in any formulas (I tried at least 4 barcodes) I would send it back and told the company yet they disregarded. I have no confidence to trust my babies nutrition to this Chinese company that has no trace, website, evaluation or response

Horrible instructions, machine gets clogged after just one use. Instructions are vague and the initial setup requires a scale and some math. I didn't feel safe using this for my baby. In theory its a great idea but in reality you actually waste more time setting it up, refilling and cleaning it- Iit actually takes more time than just making a bottle.
