Shipping, as promise. Slender belt, as showed. And as predicted ice lasted 1 hour as stated. Ice pack, well constructed and a pouch in belt to fit perfect. Belt was sufficient to go around a good size person like my self (48") and more. Now I believe you can do better and save money with home made or store bags, (I use the 9 by 10 freezer bags). Will last longer cooled and move from one side to other size in one setting and not wait till next day for slender belt to freeze again. Keeping in mind that this WILL NOT freeze the fat cell ALL it does is move them around to help you with your goal at the gym. Over all it a starter. If you want to freeze and remove the fat for good, go to a clinic. I gave it a 2 star because i was disappointed it did not ice longer or wider area.

I didn't stay cold for long and my stomach was not that cold.... Nicely made but not worth it😠
