I use my Dell XPS 15 9550 laptop for work and education every day. It is very important it works without problems. When my first purchase ran hot, like Dell's bad batch batteries, I was upset. After less than a year of use, it failed. I have attempted contact with this company twice, but noone has yet to respond. I would not recommend!

This is a Dell battery, as advertised.However, even though the specs are the same as the battery in the XPS 15 9570, the laptop will not charge the battery. The part number for the battery needed for the 9570 is H5H20.Again: Do NOT buy this battery unless it matches the model number of the battery you are replacing.Otherwise, battery was new and packaged well. No complaints.
