Magma Products, A10-369 Gourmet Nesting Stainless Steel Saute/Omelette Pan

Very handy for nesting/stacking because of the removable handle. The instructions warn that putting it in the dishwasher could compromise the non-stick qualities of the pan, so I always clean by hand; still there often is a residue of food that requires a bit of concerted light scrubbing to remove. Also, the surface stains in spots for no apparent reason. The thick, perfectly flat base makes for even heat distribution, and I look forward to using it on an induction cooktop so I don't have to worry about the removable plastic handle melting (cooked with gas thufar). Bottom line: if you don't mind the surface staining and having to scrub to clean, this is a solid product.

We are full time travelers exploring North America since 2/17 (3 years and 100,000 miles thus far). This is the only way to go. Made of stainless steel that is easy to clean and care for. Nestles one inside the other for max storage space utilization. Pads provided so travel vibrations do not rub and scar the finish. Thick laminated bottoms of the pots, pans, and skillets evenly distributes heat. Sized to meet nearly all the needs of cooking for 2-4 people. (needed a bigger sauce pot for Sous Vide). In 3 years have never wanted an additional sauce pan. Handles work as advertised for the pans too. VERY SATISFIED. This makes amazing omelettes! Non stick is tough and does not scratch (use wood, silicon cooking tools). LOVE MAGMA COOKWARE!

I loved this pan at first, nothing stuck to it. I started using it in my RV in February of 2017. Now, here it is June 2017 and it is no longer non-stick and I need to throw it away. I only used medium or low heat, silicone tools and no harsh sponges or chemicals as I do with my Scanpan and Swiss Diamond frying pans. Really disappointed in this product. It should have last more than a few months. I have the entire stain-steel induction set and am very pleased with them. This one however was a waste of money.

We added this to our larger stainless magma set. It's nice to have one non-stick option In the set for cooking eggs in the morning. Our pan was also induction compatible, even though it didn't mention that in the description. We don't use induction right now but we could in the future. This pan has the same great construction as the rest of the nesting set, with the added bonus of a non-stick coating. The only snag for us is that with the collindar and the felt pan separators, the fit into nesting mode isn't perfect. Without the felt separators, everything fits fine.

Not able to use on induction burner

This is an excellent addition to my "Magma 7 Piece Gourmet Nesting Stainless Steel Cookware Set" and the "Magma Gourmet Nesting Stainless Steel Colander" that I purchased from Amazon a year ago. I have had no problems with any of the Magma Cookware Set and have no complaints. I can't even complain about the price. Yes, the cookware set, colander and saute/omelette pan are expensive, however, you get what you pay for.I purchaesed this Cookware Set for my RV. Everything fits inside the stockpot and takes up very little room in the cabinet.

SO annoying! It says right on the description that it works with induction burners. I bought this and a nesting set, all to use on my new induction cooktop and none of the pans work with induction cooktops. Fix the description! You got it wrong! Can't use it at all.

Absolutely the BEST pan in my nested Magma set. Please read the description carefully: [1] there are 2 versions ~ induction and not; [2] this is to go with the nested set so it does NOT come with the handle. We keep this set in our RV and I've been using all weekend. It is great, spreads heat evenly, and in an absolute dream to clean.

Top quality, just as the entire nesting set of cookware is.
